Playing Elephant Seals, California

I told you about Elephant Seal Point in some of my prior posts. One performance that you can always observe when you stop by is young seals play-fighting with each other. It is truly impressive and thankfully, not as violent as the real fights that take place among adult seals fighting for dominance.

Elephant seals are quite graceful in the water and very entertaining on land, especially when they are chasing each other, frequent breaks to rest included.
